Trade Marketing Coordinator

Work both virtually and in an in-person work environment in our Boston office. Candlewick, Holiday House, and Peachtree Publishing seek a Trade Marketing Coordinator for our team. Reporting to the VP of Trade Marketing, in this role you will primarily support the trade marketing team by brainstorming marketing campaigns with the group across all channels, as well as aid in executing the Trade marketing plans on a select group of titles each season. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Updating and maintaining
- Marketing plans
- Advertising grid and promotional materials grids for your ads/projects/promotions
- Prepping materials and presenting at Sales Conference(s)
- Attending 2+ Industry Trade events per year
- Writing and routing select print, and online materials
- Coordinating mailings for Trade and Regional ABA events and promotions
- Coding and tracking invoices for the team
- Supporting Vice President, Trade Marketing on key projects
Required Skills & Experience The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, as well as have exceptional detail orientation and written and verbal communication skills, strong word processing skills and intermediate Excel skills. Publishing and social media courses/experience a plus. This is a full-time position based in Somerville, MA with the option for hybrid work.
