Janice Warman

Janice Warman's career as a financial journalist, broadcaster, editor and publisher spans the BBC, The Guardian, the Financial Times, the Daily Mail, the Spectator and The Observer, and directing the literary side of the Sherlock Holmes Festival although her favourite job so far has been teaching poetry to children. She has an MA in Creative Writing from Sussex University and is co-author of the Hey Nonny Handbook, the literary survival guide for women (Harriman House). Class of 79, her book about her fellow students at Rhodes University who risked everything to destroy apartheid, will be published by Jacana in 2014. She lives in Sussex, on the edge of Ashdown Forest, home to Winnie the Pooh.
