Anna Raff

Before pursuing a career in illustration, Anna Raff worked as a designer in children’s publishing and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She has illustrated several books for children, including World Rat Day by J. Patrick Lewis and A Big Surprise for Little Card by Charise Mericle Harper. Her work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, and SCBWI, among others. Anna Raff is on the faculty of the School of Visual Arts. She lives and works in New York City, where there are reportedly four rats per human resident.
